EODS II has organised a five-days training targeting prospective Deputy Chief Observer (DCO), that has started today in Brussels. Its main goal is to provide the selected seven participants with the necessary hard and soft skills, knowledge and tools to work as DCO in an EU EOM. The training will last five days and it will end on 16 June.
