Yesterday, EODS staff briefed the members of the Core team for the EU EOM to Honduras. The Mission is deployed to observe the 26 November general elections. The briefing held by EODS concerned the general methodological frame for election observation and, in particular, reporting, drafting recommendations, campaign finance and E-Day App.
