The Focal Points for election observation from EU Member States are attending today in Brussels their biannual meeting. The event will allow for the exchange of views with the representatives of the Foreign Policy Instrument, the European External Action Service and EODS on issues related to the recruitment, deployment and training of election observers. The meeting will also include a session presenting the key methodological developments introduced in European Union Elections Observation Missions. The event will close tomorrow 11 December.
