The Focal Points for election observation from EU Member States came together in Brussels, on November 30th – December 1st, to take part in their biannual meeting. The event allowed for the exchange of views with the representatives of the Foreign Policy Instrument, the European External Action Service and EODS on issues related to the recruitment and the deployment of election observers. The next meeting will be held in Lisbon in late May 2018.
