The biannual meeting with the national Focal Point for election observation took place on 04-05 December 2014 in EODS offices in Brussels. The Focal Point meeting provides an opportunity for the EU and the national Focal Points of the 28 EU Member states, Canada, Switzerland and Norway, to discuss aspects of the election observation methodology, planning and practice.
