EODS Team Leader Holly Ruthrauff participated in the OSCE/ODIHR Election Seminar on Election Observation and Assessment of Election Administration in Vienna on 24 October. This year’s seminar was an occasion to launch the ODIHR’s latest Handbook for the Observation of Election Administration. EODS joined a panel discussion on the Principles for Administration of Democratic Elections and, during her remarks, welcomed the new Handbook as a useful tool for Election Observation Missions.
